Case below indicated that agent failed to inform customer which led customer to terminate the phone line and indirectly reflect our yearly margin due to adjustment. Herewith attached rate of deposit for your reference and will be charged in customer's first homeline bill.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Valued Partners,
Kindly be informed that all Streamyx-in-a-Box (SIB) Normal (self collect) orders registered from today (10 March 2009) may expect to be auto-activated within 24 hours from the order creation date.

However, the 24 hours auto-activation will not involve all SIB Courier and DIY orders until further notice. We will maintain the auto activation period for these packages, which is 10 days (SIB Courier) & 7 days (DIY).
