What is Pakej RM10?

Pakej RM10 is the lowest pricing plan from TM made exclusively for Residential Streamyx customers.

Who is eligible for Pakej RM10?
Pakej RM10 is eligible for all new and existing Residential Streamyx Customers.

Will I be penalised for terminating Pakej RM10?
If you terminate the package within 6 months from the activation date, an administration fee of RM 50 will be imposed

Is Pakej RM10 offered to Business Customers?
No. Pakej RM10 is only offered to Residential Streamyx customers.

When can I enjoy my Pakej RM10 offerings / When is the effective date of Pakej RM10?
Registration and termination of Pakej RM10 depends on the customer’s bill date. In other words, the package will start on the customer’s nearest next bill date.





Dear all dealers/Agents,

Kindly be informed that the previous Mobility@ HOME package had been changed name to Streamyx Combo Wifi @ Home. The package still remains the same i.e. wireless modem. Optional add-on contents e.g. Family Package recommended for speed 1MB & above only.

Pls remember also the wireless modem only subject to 1-year warranty. Installation fee is RM88 (compulsory for new streamyx) .

IMPORTANT: Waived Activation Fee RM75 is still ongoing for Combo with NORMAL modem only. For wireless package, RM75 is still chargeable

extend waive RM75

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Value Partner,
Kindly be informed that Streamyx Combo Promo with Waive activation fee will be ended by 30th April 2009. Please alert all your relevant personnel, agents and channels to stop selling the promotion by end of 30th April 2009.

But TM still have extend the pricing plan in system until 8th May 2009. You all still can submit the application. But only accpet for those customer already have phoneline and with successful apply only. Those without phoneline and fail register is not accept it
