Please be informed that TM are launching a new promotion called Business Broadband Fixed IP Promo. This Business Broadband Fixed IP Promo is a special discount package for customers who subscribe to Business Broadband Fixed IP packages (1IP & 5IP). This promotion is targeted to all Business customers (new and existing). The promotion period will be running for THREE MONTHS effective 1st June 2009 until 31st August 2009.

Below are product details:
1. Customer will enjoy 30% discount on Business Broadband Fixed IP packages for 24 month. Thereafter, normal price applies. 2. The minimum subscription period for the package promo is 24 months.

What is Pakej RM10?

Pakej RM10 is the lowest pricing plan from TM made exclusively for Residential Streamyx customers.

Who is eligible for Pakej RM10?
Pakej RM10 is eligible for all new and existing Residential Streamyx Customers.

Will I be penalised for terminating Pakej RM10?
If you terminate the package within 6 months from the activation date, an administration fee of RM 50 will be imposed

Is Pakej RM10 offered to Business Customers?
No. Pakej RM10 is only offered to Residential Streamyx customers.

When can I enjoy my Pakej RM10 offerings / When is the effective date of Pakej RM10?
Registration and termination of Pakej RM10 depends on the customer’s bill date. In other words, the package will start on the customer’s nearest next bill date.

Dear all dealers/Agents,

Kindly be informed that the previous Mobility@ HOME package had been changed name to Streamyx Combo Wifi @ Home. The package still remains the same i.e. wireless modem. Optional add-on contents e.g. Family Package recommended for speed 1MB & above only.

Pls remember also the wireless modem only subject to 1-year warranty. Installation fee is RM88 (compulsory for new streamyx) .

IMPORTANT: Waived Activation Fee RM75 is still ongoing for Combo with NORMAL modem only. For wireless package, RM75 is still chargeable

But TM still have extend the pricing plan in system until 8th May 2009. You all still can submit the application. But only accpet for those customer already have phoneline and with successful apply only. Those without phoneline and fail register is not accept it

Dear Valued Partners,

In view of the PIKOM PC Fair event which is scheduled in the month of April, please be informed that there will be an enhancement to the existing Streamyx Combo packages which will promote “Mobility @ HOME” concept. There will be no changes to the price of the Streamyx Combo packages however the package features will be available in two (2) options which are as follows:

Option 1
- Fixed modem (normal modem) with lifetime warranty
- Service activation fee of RM75 is waived
- Installation fee of RM88 (if applicable). SIB is also applicable
- Dynamic IP
- 1 email

Option 2
- FREE Wireless modem with 12 months warranty
- Service activation fee of RM75 is chargeable
- Installation fee of RM88 is chargeable. SIB is not applicable- Dynamic IP
- 1 email

The packages will be available starting April 3 until April 30, 2009. These packages are for RESIDENTIAL category ONLY and applicable to NEW & EXISTING customers. Walked-in customers to TMpoint are also eligible to subscribe to these packages.

Extend Waive Promo

In conjunction with upcoming PC Fair, Streamyx Combo Promo with Waive activation fee will be extended until end of April 2009. For Streamyx Mobility (Add RM10 for Mobility) and Streamyx Standard with Waive activation fee, the promotion will end by 31st March 2009.

Kindly be informed that all Streamyx-in-a-Box (SIB) Normal (self collect) orders registered from today (10 March 2009) may expect to be auto-activated within 24 hours from the order creation date.

However, the 24 hours auto-activation will not involve all SIB Courier and DIY orders until further notice. We will maintain the auto activation period for these packages, which is 10 days (SIB Courier) & 7 days (DIY).
