streamyx combo and mobility @ HOME

Dear Valued Partners,

In view of the PIKOM PC Fair event which is scheduled in the month of April, please be informed that there will be an enhancement to the existing Streamyx Combo packages which will promote “Mobility @ HOME” concept. There will be no changes to the price of the Streamyx Combo packages however the package features will be available in two (2) options which are as follows:

Option 1
- Fixed modem (normal modem) with lifetime warranty
- Service activation fee of RM75 is waived
- Installation fee of RM88 (if applicable). SIB is also applicable
- Dynamic IP
- 1 email

Option 2
- FREE Wireless modem with 12 months warranty
- Service activation fee of RM75 is chargeable
- Installation fee of RM88 is chargeable. SIB is not applicable- Dynamic IP
- 1 email

The packages will be available starting April 3 until April 30, 2009. These packages are for RESIDENTIAL category ONLY and applicable to NEW & EXISTING customers. Walked-in customers to TMpoint are also eligible to subscribe to these packages.

Add on options on the following Voice Plans will also be available:


Voice RM28
- Monthly subscription fee at RM28 Unlimited nationwide calls to any TM fixed line numbers
- Free 1st 60 minutes on calls from TM fixed line to any mobile numbers
- Flat rate 25sen/min calls to any mobile & other fixed line number

Voice RM10
- Monthly subscription fee at RM10
- Unlimited nationwide calls to any TM fixed line numbers
- Flat rate 30sen/min calls to any mobile & other fixed line number
